Hotel and tourism websites
Hotel website design in Antalya
This page describes Grapyweb's website service for hotels: a multilingual, fast site that works with your existing booking setup and guides guests to book directly with you. From boutique hotels to resorts, we design, build and maintain hotel websites from Antalya.

Commission or direct bookings?
Online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com and Expedia put your hotel in front of a very large audience, and there is no need to give up that shop window. But you pay commission on every booking they bring, and the rate depends on your contract, your region and the visibility programmes you join.
Many guests find a hotel on an OTA, then search its name on Google and visit the official site. If they land on a slow, single-language site with no booking button, they go back and book on the OTA. A well-built hotel website keeps that guest in your own channel.
OTAs stay your shop window
We do not switch off your existing channels; the website becomes a sales channel you own, next to them.
No middleman on direct bookings
Bookings from your site carry no OTA commission; only your booking engine's own pricing, if any, applies.
Guest details stay with you
Email and phone come straight to you, so you can reach the guest yourself next season.

A website built for Antalya's tourism market
In Antalya the main season usually opens in April and runs until the end of October. Having the site, rates and offers ready during the winter means guests find an up-to-date site during the early booking period.
Your guest profile also drives the language decision. Russia, Germany and the United Kingdom are among Antalya's leading markets, which is why Russian and German are the first languages most hotel sites add.
- Season calendar: Peak period April to October; we schedule major updates between November and March.
- Market languages: Russian and German alongside Turkish and English, plus other languages as needed.
- Winter preparation: Early booking offers and new season photos go live quickly from the admin panel.

Hotel website FAQ
Does a hotel website need a booking engine?
It is not mandatory, but we recommend one if direct bookings are the goal. Without a booking engine, guests cannot see availability or prices and have to use an enquiry form or call. For small properties a well-built enquiry form plus WhatsApp can be enough; as room count grows, an engine with live availability and online payment takes work off your team.
Will the new site work with my current PMS or channel manager?
In most cases, yes. We do not sell PMS, channel manager or booking engine software; we connect the site to your provider through the widget, link or API they offer. During discovery we check your provider's integration options together.
Do my website prices have to match Booking.com and Expedia (rate parity)?
That depends on the terms of your OTA contracts; parity clauses differ from one contract to another. Your contract, and your legal adviser if needed, gives the definitive answer. Besides price, offering small direct-booking perks such as a free transfer or early check-in is a common approach.
How many languages should a hotel website have?
It depends on your guest profile. For most hotels in Antalya, Turkish and English are the base, and Russian and German are usually the first languages added. We look at your booking data to set priorities together and give each language its own URL and hreflang tags.
What does my site need to appear in Google Hotel Ads?
Google Hotel Ads takes prices from your booking engine or its integration partner, not from the website itself. On the site side you need a fast booking page, accurate hotel details and a name, address and phone number that match your Google Business Profile. We check whether your engine provider connects to Google during discovery.
How long does a pre-season (winter or spring) update take?
It depends on scope. Photo, rate note and text updates can be done from the admin panel in a few days; work that involves a new design or a new language takes a few weeks. To be live before the season opens, we suggest starting between November and January.
Do boutique hotels and large resorts need different websites?
Yes. A boutique hotel leans on atmosphere, photography and a personal tone, with fewer pages. A large resort manages many room types, restaurants, activities and languages, so the content structure and admin panel are broader. We scope and quote each project to the property's needs.
Do I pay commission on bookings made through my website?
You pay no OTA commission on bookings from your own site. If you use a booking engine, the provider may have its own pricing, such as a monthly fee, a per-booking fee or a commission; check your contract for that. Grapyweb takes no share of your bookings.
