Turquoise Real Estate is a property company in the Kalkan area selling villas and apartments to international buyers and handling holiday rentals. The brand continues today as Turquoise Collection. Because most of its customers search for property from abroad, the site had to be in English, present listings in detail and make searching easy.

Grapyweb built a corporate website with a structure designed around property listings, together with an e-commerce layer that takes rental requests online. Properties for sale and villas for rent are listed in separate sections, and each listing comes with a photo gallery, bedroom count, features and price. Using the search tool on the homepage, visitors can filter by property type, location, number of bedrooms and price range, and anyone with a listing code can go straight to that property. A buying guide for foreign buyers, local news, services, a company page and weather information for Kalkan are also part of the site.

The company updates listings and prices itself from the admin panel.
