Custom Web Applications

Scalable web software for needs specific to your business: bookings, listings, quotes and internal workflows.

Not every business process fits into off-the-shelf software. If you track bookings in spreadsheets, quotes in email threads and listings across several platforms, that fragmentation costs you time and money. Grapyweb listens to how your business actually works and builds browser-based custom web applications around it. We have custom software experience across very different areas, from hotel and tour booking systems to news portals and listing management panels.

What we offer

  • Booking systems: Availability calendars, seasonal pricing, online deposits and automatic notifications.
  • Listing and catalogue platforms: Filtered search, maps and multilingual listing management for property, vehicles or products.
  • Content and publishing systems: News portals, editor roles, categories and publishing workflows.
  • B2B portals and internal tools: Dealer ordering screens, quote builders, client and job tracking.
  • Integrations: Data exchange via API with accounting, ERP, channel managers, payment and map services.

Our process

  1. Discovery: We map your current workflow, user roles and rules, and define the scope of the first release.
  2. Prototype: We build a clickable draft of the key screens and review it with real users.
  3. Development: We build in modules with regular interim deliveries, so you see a working version at every stage.
  4. Testing and data migration: We test the scenarios and move your existing data into the new system.
  5. Launch, training and growth: We launch the system, train your team and add new modules as needs evolve.

Technical scope

We build applications on PHP and MySQL/MariaDB with a simple, maintainable architecture and no unnecessary frameworks or layers. Role-based permissions, activity logs, prepared-statement database access, CSRF protection and regular backups are standard. Interfaces are mobile-friendly, so your field team can use them from a phone. Multilingual structure is planned from day one.

What you get at handover

Every delivery includes the working application plus a user roles and permissions table, the database schema, technical documentation covering installation and restore-from-backup steps, and short screen guides for your users. The source code is handed over with its version history, so another team could pick it up later if you ever needed that. After the first release we review usage data together and decide which module should come next.

Who it is for

Hotels, villa rental and tour companies managing bookings; real estate offices publishing listings; publishers producing content; and manufacturing or service companies digitising their processes.

Why Grapyweb

We shape the software around your workflow rather than forcing you into the software's limits. Working in stages keeps the budget under control and gives you a working version at every step. The source code is documented and handed over to you. If you are unsure whether you need custom software at all, write to us and we will tell you honestly which route fits best.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose between custom and off-the-shelf software?

If an existing product covers most of your workflow, we will recommend it first. If your processes are unique, licence costs keep rising or you need integrations, custom software pays off in the long run.

How are timeline and cost determined?

During discovery we map out the screens and business rules and split the scope into modules. Each module's timeline and cost is listed separately, and we can start with a small first release and grow in stages.

Can it integrate with our existing systems?

Yes. We can exchange data with any service that offers an API, such as accounting, ERP, channel managers or payment systems.

Who owns the source code?

Once the project is paid for, the source code and database belong to you. The code is delivered with documentation.

Can we add features after launch?

Yes. Applications are built in modules, and new features can be added under a maintenance agreement or as separate work.
