Real Estate Websites Built Around Listings

We design websites for real estate agencies where you manage listings from your own panel, buyers search with filters and a map, and every listing lets them reach you by WhatsApp or phone. The site works in several languages and currencies, and your authorization certificate number appears on every listing.

Why your agency needs its own website

Property portals are a quick way to reach buyers. But on a portal your listing sits on the same page as your competitors', and your visibility and the number of listings you can publish depend on the portal's package rules. The history of every enquiry stays in the portal's system too.

The market is large: about 1.69 million homes were sold in Turkey in 2025, up 14.3% on the previous year. To win a share of that, buyers need to be able to find you outside the portals as well. On your own site, buyers see only your portfolio and enquiries come straight to you. You don't have to leave the portals; the site becomes a channel of your own alongside them.

  • Your portfolio on its own: Buyers see only your listings on your site.
  • Enquiries come to you: Form, WhatsApp and phone enquiries arrive with no middleman.
  • Client details stay with you: You keep in touch with the buyers who contact you.

Listings panel, filtered search and a map

You add listings yourself from the panel: photos, price, floor area, number of rooms, location and description on one screen. When a property is sold or let, you switch the listing off without deleting it and can put it back online whenever you need.

Buyers filter listings by type, location, number of rooms, price range and floor area, and see the results as a list or on a map. Seeing the location on a map lets a buyer weigh up the neighborhood before calling you.

  • Add, edit and switch off listings

Photos, prices and features from the panel, no technical knowledge needed.

  • Filtered search

Type, location, number of rooms, price range and floor area.

  • Map view

Listings are shown on a map at their location.

Multiple languages and currencies

For agencies that work with foreign buyers, or plan to, it matters that listings can be read in English and that prices show in a currency the buyer knows. The site is built in Turkish and English, and other languages are added to suit your clients.

Prices can be shown in euros and dollars alongside Turkish lira. Each language gets its own URL and hreflang tags, so search engines show your English listing pages to people searching in English.

  • Turkish and English as the base

More languages to suit your clients.

  • TRY, EUR and USD

Buyers see prices in a currency they know.

  • A URL for each language

Addresses such as /tr/ and /en/, with hreflang tags.

Quick contact by WhatsApp and phone on every listing

From the page of a listing they like, buyers message you on WhatsApp or call you with a single tap. The WhatsApp message opens pre-filled with the listing details, so you don't have to ask which property they mean.

For buyers browsing on a phone, the contact buttons sit within easy reach on the listing page. Messages and calls come straight to your office, with no middleman.

  • WhatsApp on every listing

The message opens pre-filled with the listing details.

  • One-tap calling

Your phone number is clickable on every listing.

  • No middleman

    Enquiries reach your office directly.

Your authorization certificate number on every listing

Under Article 14 of Turkey's regulation on real estate trading, listings and ads for property sale or rent published online must show the agency's contact details and authorization certificate number in a clearly readable way.

On your site the certificate number is a standard field on listing pages: you enter it once in the panel and it appears on every listing. For buyers, it is also a sign that your agency is properly authorized.

Client example: Turquoise Real Estate

Turquoise Real Estate is a property company in Kalkan that sells villas and apartments to international buyers and handles holiday rentals. In 2013 we built the company a site designed around its property listings: properties for sale and villas for rent are listed in separate sections, and visitors can search by property type, location, number of bedrooms and price range.

The company updates its listings and prices itself from the admin panel.

Pricing: which package, and how much?

The price of a real estate website depends on how many listings you have, how many languages and currencies you need, and whether you want a map and search. That's why we don't quote a single figure on this page.

You can compare scope and starting prices on our packages page; to see a range for your agency, the quote wizard is all you need.

Frequently asked questions

Is a ready-made template enough for a real estate website, or do I need a custom design?

A template can work for a small office with only a few listings. Once you have more listings, want your own search filters or publish in more than one language, a custom design gives better results. We set the scope together based on what your agency needs.

How much does a real estate website cost?

The price depends on how many listings you have, how many languages and currencies you need, and whether you want a map and search. You can compare scope and starting prices on our packages page and get a price range for your agency from the five-question quote wizard; we send a firm written quote after a short call.

How do I add and update my listings?

You add and edit listings from the admin panel, and switch a listing off once it is sold or let, with no technical knowledge needed. Our client Turquoise Real Estate in Kalkan updates its own listings and prices from the panel in the same way.

Do I have to show my authorization certificate number on the website?

Yes. Turkey's regulation on real estate trading requires listings for sale or rent published online to show the agency's contact details and authorization certificate number clearly. On your site the certificate number is a standard field on every listing page.

Do I need a multilingual, multi-currency site?

If you only work with local buyers, a Turkish site may be enough. For agencies that work with foreign buyers, or plan to, listings in English and prices in euros or dollars make the buyer's job easier; other languages are added to suit your clients.

Are a map and filtered search really necessary?

Buyers start with the area and their budget. Filtering by type, location, number of rooms, price range and floor area, and seeing listings on a map, gets them to the right property faster. For agencies with a small portfolio, the map can stay optional.

Will the site have quick contact by WhatsApp or phone?

Yes. Every listing page has a WhatsApp and a phone button. The WhatsApp message opens pre-filled with the listing details, so you can see straight away which property the buyer is asking about.
