Define Tours

Define Tours is a travel agency in Kalkan, Antalya, offering villa rental, car hire, airport transfers and daily excursions to international visitors. Because most of its customers plan their holidays from abroad, the site had to be in English and let visitors reach the service they need in a single click.

Grapyweb designed a corporate website for Define Tours that groups its services under four headings: Kalkan villa rental, car hire, airport transfer and daily tours. On the homepage, each service is presented as a card with a photo and a short description that links straight to its booking page. A separate reservation request form was built for each service, collecting dates, number of guests and contact details, and requests are forwarded to the agency by email. Offers such as a free airport transfer with accommodation bookings can be promoted in the main banner.

The forms and request workflow also made this a custom web application project. Define Tours still operates at definetours.com today.
