About the project
Antalya'dan Haber ("Antalya News") is an Antalya-focused news site publishing under the slogan "the new address for accurate news". For a publication producing many daily stories across categories such as current affairs, politics, sport, economy, entertainment, tourism, health, education, art and agriculture, the priorities were letting editors publish quickly and letting readers see the headlines right away.
Grapyweb built the portal's front end and its custom news management system for Antalya'dan Haber. A large image slider rotates the top headlines, alongside a list of highlighted stories grouped by district. The top bar surfaces practical information such as on-duty pharmacies, important phone numbers and obituary/missing-person notices, while the main menu covers every news category from current affairs to agriculture. Exchange rates, gold and stock market data, Antalya's weather and prayer times are shown live. Imprint, about and contact pages complete the structure.
The project was one of the builds where we adapted a corporate website layout to a local news publication with a dense, category-driven content flow.
