My Gazete

My Gazete is a news site focused on Antalya that publishes under the motto "free, impartial and accurate news". For a publication covering everything from current affairs and the economy to tourism and the arts, the priorities were letting readers see the latest news immediately and letting editors publish content quickly.

Grapyweb built the portal's front end and its custom news management system. A breaking news ticker at the top of the page shows the latest stories as scrolling headlines. A two-row menu offers sections such as Antalya, columnists, interviews, tourism and environment, alongside categories for current affairs, politics, economy, sport, entertainment, world, health, education and technology. Columnists each have their own profile page, and interviews are presented in a separate strip. Exchange rate and weather information, on-site search, a guestbook, imprint and contact pages, and ad placements managed from the admin panel are also part of the build.

This was one of the projects where we adapted a corporate website layout to a news publication with a heavy content flow. My Gazete still publishes at mygazete.com today.
